Providing participants with the support and resources to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Social Work
Social work focuses on helping individuals, families and communities to overcome their issues and challenges. It is not just about providing practical help, but also about supporting people emotionally, socially and psychologically. Social workers are able to provide people with the skills and knowledge needed to identify and address their issues, enabling them to benefit from improved physical and mental health.

NDIS Therapy / Counselling
Counselling is an invaluable tool for people living with a disability to address the various issues and challenges they face. Through counselling, individuals can gain insight into their own unique situations, discover new ways of thinking, and benefit from increased self-awareness. As a qualified therapist, individuals are supported to develop coping strategies to better manage their disability and create meaningful connections with others.

NDIS Employment Support
Employment support can be incredibly beneficial for someone living with a disability as it can help them become work ready. This includes undertaking employment assessments to identify interests, skills, and work values that can be used to determine the most suitable job for them. With the right support, someone living with a disability will have the opportunity to gain meaningful employment and reach their full potential.

NDIS Social Issues
Social workers are an essential part of our society, dealing with a wide range of family, mental health, disability, environmental and communities living with complex issues. They provide critical support to individuals and families facing difficult challenges, helping them to find solutions to complex conditions and develop positive outcomes. They also provide support and advocacy through counseling, education and crisis intervention.
JANINE POHE

Qualified Social Worker with Thirty Years of Experience.
My Mission
Life is meant to be enjoyed to its fullest. I seek to empower people to take their happiness into their own hands.
My Approach
I combine talk therapy with cognitive and behavioral techniques. I believe that any obstacle can be overcome by talking it through and creating a plan of action. I also believe that people should receive support quickly. Therefore, I do not have waiting lists, people are told of the wait time, usually no more than three weeks, and if beyond that, provided with other people they can use.
